At ComeUnity Cafe, we seek to change our community’s view on food – helping our neighbors enjoy freshly prepared, local, healthy food. Hunger has many different faces and we are out to make a difference as we share meals and share life with those in our community, being an integral part of our Jackson community by building relationships.
ComeUnity Cafe is food-friendly. We make a concerted effort in managing our food supply, wasting as little as possible, and composting everything we can. We offer as much locally grown, organic, and sustainably grown food as possible. And, we have Vegetarian (V), Vegan (VG), and Gluten-Free (GF) options available on our menu each and every day.
At ComeUnity Cafe we are called to love, to feed, and to dignify.
We believe that everyone is entitled to good healthy food, whether they can pay or not.
When you come to ComeUnity Cafe, there are three ways to pay:
Suggested Donation
You will see on our menu board a suggested donation of $7/$9/$11 (for one, two, or three items).
We believe that these are fair donation amounts for our healthy and delicious foods.
Pay It Forward
If your pockets are heavy and you feel led to, pay more than the suggested donation!
Your donation will help cover the cost of food for those who cannot pay the suggested price or who cannot pay at all.
Volunteer
No one will leave ComeUnity Cafe hungry.
Volunteer your time in exchange for a delicious and healthy meal.
We are here to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We do not and will not exclude anyone for anything.
