Without our dedicated volunteers and in-kind donors, ComeUnity Cafe would not exist. We welcome volunteers, those who are here to serve their community and those who are serving in exchange for their meal, each day we are open from 9:30 am until 1:30 pm.

Volunteer FAQ's
- What hours can I volunteer?
We accept volunteers everyday from 9:30am -1:30pm. Please be aware that our volunteers who are working for meals will ALWAYS take precedence over our community volunteers.
- What type of jobs are available as a volunteer?
We have many different volunteer opportunities! These include, but are not limited to: dishwasher, bus people, watering plants, washing windows, sweeping and housekeeping, wrapping silverware and carryout flatware, food prep, garden help, preparing carry out plates, and taking orders.
- Can groups volunteer?
Yes! Groups are welcome. Please arrange groups of volunteers in advance by contacting Amy Crenshaw.
- Is ComeUnity Cafe a safe place to volunteer for my child?
Absolutely. We have a minimum age of 14 minors to volunteer unaccompanied (with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian), but younger volunteers are welcome with a parent or guardian!
- Do you take community volunteers?
Yes. We love all volunteers! Please be aware that our volunteers who are working for meals will ALWAYS take precedence over our community volunteers.
- Can I complete my high school service hours at ComeUnity Cafe?
